Vivier by The Drawing Room

This single-level extension offers a modern take that takes full advantage of its picturesque views of a rural valley and the seas beyond.

Large windows in the living areas and principal bedroom create an indoor/outdoor living experience, and the sleek, cool design is framed by dark materials with light render contrast.

The outdoor kitchen and terrace give you all the space you need for outdoor living, while plentiful storage underneath is perfect for keeping garden tools, bikes and paddle boards.

Richmond View by The Drawing Room

Our primary challenge for this concept was to respect the rich history of the building while introducing an innovative solution for an extension over the garage, and a bigger sunroom.

Our architects Cheila and Martyn teamed up on this project to embrace the existing building's character, combining it with a Louvre system that forms a dynamic, fabric-like structure which maximizes the breathtaking views.

Fluid curves of the Louvre system gracefully drape over the building, creating a contrast from the sharp lines of the original structure. We think it's a captivating interplay of softness and boldness.

Wildwood by The Drawing Room

Introducing our latest concept design for a new build home that combines contemporary design and sustainable features.

Adding a touch of natural beauty and warmth, we've incorporated timber cladding and framing throughout the structure. An abundance of glazing ensures that you always have a view of the gardens and landscape.

The house was strategically positioned on the site to catch the sun and take advantage of the beautiful rural views. Take a moment to explore the attached images for a glimpse of this upcoming project!

Ironwood by The Drawing Room

We have loved transforming this family home for our clients who wanted more space to spend time together in.

We designed an expansive extension and strategically placed the windows to provide views of the garden from any angle.

The large linear roof light brings natural light into the back kitchen zone and a new first-floor addition provides an additional bedroom and follows the existing building lines.

Zinc will be applied to the existing mansard roofs with new finishes and windows to unify the look.
