Our design team has been working hard to utilise an undeveloped urban site to provide a new home for our clients.
The brief was to create a contemporary family home to accommodate three bedrooms with spacious living areas with good outside connection, and to maximise the amount of natural light.
The exterior palette combines zinc & timber cladding, complemented with large expanses of glazing.
These proposals will be underpinned with sustainable building techniques including heat recovery ventilation, high levels of insulation, electric car charging and solar panels.
