We were asked to manage the design of the project and assembled a trusted team of consultants, with Rihoy & Son to work together to address the client’s brief.
Les Rocquettes Hotel wanted to modernise and improve The Oak bar, restaurant, function rooms and alfresco area. This involved a complete strip out to start again. We reviewed the layout and made some subtle improvements including moving the entrance door and bar position, then went on to refurbish all the spaces. The whole construction was successfully turned around in just 16 weeks.
