We have been employed to extend and refurbish this traditional Guernsey farmhouse for a young family.
The site features distant sea views with a raised rear garden. Our strategy was to flip the living space to the first floor to maximise these views and enhance the connection with the garden.
We’ve combined an oak frame lofted living space with strategically placed windows and doors to complement the house and surroundings.
